You could be like my bestest friend ever for just this post alone!

I try to explain to people all the time that I am healthier than all of my skinny ass relatives, and most other skinny people I know. And, after 20 years of being the same weight (give or take 10lbs) I am lovin the curves and finally ok with my body.

I think someone definitely needs to tell all the skinny-minny’s out there, we are not jealous!

I paraphrased because I’m not interested in outing the author, but yes. That’s the gist of it.

I wish I had a super-charged metabolism too, like my husband does, but it doesn’t really make me jealous (most days anyway!) And even though he can eat whatever he wants and not gain weight, he pays for it in other ways. I think the universe keeps the scales (no pun intended!) pretty balanced that way.

The writer didn't actually SAY that "society has become too accepting of fat people" did they? Cause Wow. Big statement to make. (No pun intended) I will say that I am jealous of some people's metabolisms- but jealous of skinny people overall? Nope.
